The MCM Maxcare PPO network is a capitation-free zone. We pay you for your services at the rates negotiated with you in advance.

No Primary Care Physician Referrals
Our members are free to visit any healthcare provider without having to get permission from a primary care physician - as long as the provider is a participant in the MCM Maxcare network. If you'd like to check if a certain provider is in our network, use our Physician Search tool in the MCM Maxcare Members area.

No HMO-Style Health Insurance Referrals
Our members are free to visit any healthcare provider without having to get permission from anyone at MCM.

Lucrative Reimbursement Rates
We are pleased to negotiate reimbursement rates with your practice which are competitive and within the normal billing range for your specialty and georgaphic region.

Payments Within 30 Days
With our state-of-the-art, proprietary claims processing system, we are able to tightly manage our financial responsibilities, insuring prompt payment for the services you provide to our members.

We Don't Go After Patients for Service Fees
All member responsibilities for health care services payments are handled in advance in the form of co-payments. This insures that our members will not be billed later and that no related issues will create delays in our ability to pay you promptly.

We Actively Encourage Our Members to Help Us Grow Our Network
We are always looking for new practices to introduce to the MCM PPO network. In our Members Area, we encourage our members to Recommend A Doctor. Also, in our Physician Search, if no healthcare providers are found to match the member's search criteria, we provide a form allowing him/her to send us a copy of the search. We then review it in order to determine if we need to add new providers in a particular geographic and/or specialty.
